I have recently visited the Masai Mara in Kenya.
This image is the first of a few that I will post. The image tells the story of a diligent Cheetah mother that caught a Thomsons Gazelle fawn and without killing it made it available to teach her cub how to hunt. The story starts with the mother doing some innovative things to get her prey and I will shortly be posting images to illustrate this. As it turns out, I personally have picked up ‘African Tick Bite fever’ in the Mara and as soon as I am fully recovered I will post the drama as captured through my lenses. In the meantime here is a sample of the Cheetah Hunting Lesson. As usual feel free to let me know what you think of the image.
